Quality Objective
  1. Implement and report the results of at least one (1) Customer Satisfaction Survey each year.
  2. Coordinate the implementation, monitoring and reporting of at least one (1) speacial audit each year.
  3. Ensure 80% of the academic program quality assurance activities planned each year are succesfully carried out.
  4. Ensure that 90% of customers QMEC satisfied with the services provided.
  5. Ensure that 80% of applications for provisional accreditation are processed within 3 months from the receipt of the request (send complete documents).
