- Implement and report the results of at least one (1) Customer Satisfaction Survey each year.
- Coordinate the implementation, monitoring and reporting of at least one (1) speacial audit each year.
- Ensure 80% of the academic program quality assurance activities planned each year are succesfully carried out.
- Ensure that 90% of customers QMEC satisfied with the services provided.
- Ensure that 80% of applications for provisional accreditation are processed within 3 months from the receipt of the request (send complete documents).
