Elevating Global Quality Assurance: QMED Shares Accreditation Excellence with MQA International Delegation

On the 23rd of June 2026, the QMED was honoured to spearhead a high-level knowledge-sharing session with a distinguished delegation of international education officials hailing from four distinct nations: Brunei, Uzbekistan, Barbados, and Vietnam. Following an invitation from the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA), QMED stepped forward to share accreditation excellence with the delegates. 

During the two-hour interactive session, the QMED team led comprehensive presentations and open dialogues aimed at dissecting the mechanics of top-tier academic governance. The discussions centered on two main pillars:

• Strategic Accreditation Management: We shared QMED’s internal workflows, governance structures, and the institutional frameworks that allow the institution to seamlessly align itself with evolving national and global benchmarks.

• Best Practices Implementation: QMED team provided an honest, transparent look into how to navigate complex accreditation cycles, manages compliance across diverse faculties, and nurtures a sustainable culture of continuous quality improvement.

The session concluded with an engaging networking dialogue, laying the groundwork for potential future collaborations and firmly solidifying QMED and Universiti Malaya's footprint as regional leaders in higher education management.
